Our infrastructure provides redundant systems and a 24/7 Network Operations Center.
It also has a sustained premium annual availability of over 99.99%. 1,400,000 square meters of our teleport space is ready to accommodation your current needs and future growth.
Use our infrastructure with over 135 active antennas, ranging from 4.2 to 19 meters. Strategic positions within the expansive orbital arc from 76°E to 60°W. Our facility ensures comprehensive visibility of all satellites within this range.
Our 24/7 Network Operations Center maintains continuous monitoring and support. They are accessible via email, a ticketing system or phone. Experienced professionals provide 2nd level support, with system engineers available within an hour on site or ad hoc by phone. Maximum uptime and efficiency is supported by two separate NOCs and a User Help Desk for connectivity issues.
Our 2,100 square meter data center meets TIER 3+ standards. Run by a dedicated team of over 50 professionals, it guarantees smooth operations. Our facilities feature climate-controlled environments and redundant power supplies to ensure optimal conditions. These are backed by ISO 27001 and MAC II certifications for information security and compliance.
